Bella Vista POA Faces Budget Woes

The Property Owners Association may enter 2013 without a budget after studying a projection developed by board member Randall Gnant, who has a background as a certified auditor.

Maybe they should change the name of the Property Owners Association to "Property Owners Society", so it could be referred to as the POS. The board part of it, anyway.
