BASEBALL National League MIAMI MARLINS—Claimed LHP Scott Maine off waivers from Toronto. MILWAUKEE BREWERS—Agreed to terms with C Blake Lalli on a minor league contract. SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS—Agreed to terms with LHP Jeremy Affeldt on a three-year contract. WASHINGTON NATIONALS—Announced first base coach Trent Jewett with be the third base coach for the 2013 season. Named Tony Tarasco first base coach and Gary Thurman minor league outfield/baserunning coordinator.
