On Tuesday the district’s attorney, Bill Brazil, filed a motion for summary judgment in Faulkner County Circuit Court. The district is trying to counter claims that its soon-to-begin practice of randomly drug testing secondary students who are in extracurricular activities is illegal and does irreparable harm to the students.
