-Harley Robert Eugene Allen, 25, of 915 S. Eighth St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Allen was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

-Jon Major, 22, of 275 Union Blvd. Apt. 1201, in St. Louis as arrested Tuesday in connection with contempt, theft of property and felony failure to appear. Major was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

-Geneva Jones, 36, of 1462 N. Oakland Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. Jones was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Springdale

-Crystal R. Mitchell, 26, of 30 W. Green St. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony forgery and misdemeanor theft by receiving. Police said Mitchell passed stolen forged checks. Mitchell was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

-Travis Goodman, 27, of 11757 Elk Ridge Road in Welsey was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony terroristic threatening, third-degree domestic battery and second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Goodman was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

-Howard Starks, 55, of 21307 Mount Olive Road in Elkins was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony breaking or entering and theft of property. Starks was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Fayetteville

-Officers responded to a two-car accident involving a deer near the intersection of Joyce Boulevard and College Avenue on Tuesday morning. No injuries were reported.

-John Cobb reported Tuesday a break-in at 1573 Windsor Ave.

-An employee of Mary’s Natural Food, 220 S. Thompson St., reported Tuesday a burglary of the business.

Rogers

-Amy Forrest reported Monday a driver’s license lost or stolen. Forrest told police the license was last seen Election Day at her polling place, Rogers Christian Church, 2421 W. Oak St.
