New start for Pine Bluff

Pine Bluff’s been down so long down was starting to look like up. But last week’s election seems to have brought the old river town new hope and new unity, along with a new mayor: Debe Hollingsworth. Not only did she win the job but by a surprisingly wide margin: 8,318 over the incumbent’s 3,0001.
