How pay for Medicaid?
Common sense rears its welcome head at last

NECESSITY isn’t only the mother of invention but of common sense. Even about contentious issues. Like whether Arkansas ought to expand its Medicaid program to include some 250,000 new enrollees. Which would be nice if Arkansas taxpayers could afford it. But can we?
