How about a resolution to eliminate the county's grocery tax slowly over 5 years?...much like Gov. Beebe has almost eliminated the state's grocery tax.
I think it will take a bill in the assembly to order DFA to allow cities/counties to do this but I'd like to see Washington County be the first county in the state to knock out its grocery tax.
