Where I live: My husband, Robb Ryerse, and I live in Springdale, and we live in a subdivision, which wouldn’t have been my first choice. We decided to live close to Harp Elementary because we really like the school. Our house was a foreclosure, and it needed a lot of work. But we’ve been in it for three years now, and it feels like ours. We have three kids and two dogs.

Occupation: I wear a lot of hats. My husband, Robb, is the pastor of Vintage Fellowship. It’s a church we started about seven years ago. There are people in our house a lot. We try to make it open to everyone. We entertain and have a big Christmas party for the whole church.

I also have an online vintage store on www.Etsy.com and a second [online] shop that’s just mosaics I make. I also sell my mosaics at Heartwood Gallery and at flea markets and the War Eagle Craft Fair.

My favorite space: The corner of my bedroom.

Why? There’s a window, and a little sofa. I have a book shelf with my very favorite books and magazines and a painting that I found at an estate sale. I wake up every morning, and I can look out and see what kind of day it’s going to be.

If I could do one thing to improve this space I would: Wash the window. Honestly, that’s it. I wouldn’t change anything about it.
