Anders Behring Breivik, 33, the Norwegian mass murderer who is serving a 21-year sentence for killing 77 people last year, has written a letter to prison officials complaining that he is being held in inhumane conditions, specifically objecting to his stay in a one-man high-security ward and to his soft, bendable pen that he says cramps his hand and keeps him from realizing his desire to write books while he is in prison.
