Perry Davis
Perry Dennis Davis Jr. was arrested Thursday night at a Springdale hospital in connection with the death of his wife.

The Punishment
The murder charge is punishable with life imprisonment or the death penalty. If convicted of kidnapping, a Class Y felony, Davis could be sentenced from 10 to 40 years or life imprisonment.
