w Donald J. England, 46, of 14331 Vine Road was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, forgery and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. England remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $3,500 bond.
w Roy L. St. John, 47, of 3102 Curtis St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. St. John remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $2,500 bond.
w Kelli K. Lindsey, 33, of 1618 Sisco Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony parole violation and a misdemeanor Elkins warrant for failure to pay fines and costs. Lindsey remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday in lieu of $2,095 bond and the parole violation.
