Commission Action

Rogers’ Planning Commission met Tuesday and passed:

• A request from GAM Auto Sales for a conditional use permit foir car sales and service at 2002 S. Eighth St. in a highway commercial zone.

• A request from Robert Dunham rezoning 0.27 acres at 214 S. 13th St. from residential single family to residential office.

• A request from Ironwood Services for a conditional use permit for paper recycling and reclamation at 807 W. Hudson Road in a light industrial zone.

• A request for a conditional use permit from Casey Marketing Co. for gasoline sales at a convenience store at 1531 S. Eighth St. in a highway commercial zoning.

Other action:

• A large-scale development plan for Habitat for Humanity Restore at 1200 W. Common Drive was tabled at the request of the applicant. The property is zoned light industrial.

• A conditional use permit request from Iglesia Evangelica Pentecostal Mana, to allow a church at 215 S. Arkansas St. was withdrawn from the agenda at the request of the applicant. The property is zoned light industrial.
