Bella Vista Springs Tax On Residents

It’s no great surprise the city of Bella Vista, which is all of 5 years old, needs additional tax revenue to conduct the business typical of municipal operations.

Many formerly nice, quiet little towns are dying slow deaths because folks want them to stay "just the way they are" and refuse to allow development that would allow those towns to remain viable. Bella Vista residents who "don't want that kind of development" are leading the way to demise.
