Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office Archie Joe Dees Jr., 46, of 4880 Reed Ave. in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with reckless burning and terroristic threatening in the first degree. Dees was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
