NYC shakily on move again

Roads knot; power out; U.S. toll 91

Still without electricity Thursday, Tammy McGee does laundry the old-fashioned way in her yard in Little Ferry, N.J. U.S. officials have shifted the focus from rescuing storm victims to restoring power and providing aid.

New York and New Jersey struggled to get back on their feet as the U.S. death toll from Sandy climbed to 91, and more than 4 million homes and businesses remained without power Thursday, four days after the storm slammed the mid-Atlantic and the Northeast.
