100 YEARS AGO Nov. 1, 1912 Halloween pranks were scarce last night in Little Rock and with the exception of a false fire alarm from the box at the corner of Seventh and Victory streets at 5:45 o’clock and the removal of the play ground equipment from the Kramer school grounds, the citizens were unmolested. No reports of street car tracks being “soaped” were received at police headquarters and the police force was thankful.
