NORTHWEST ARKANSAS — Two men died Monday night in a two-vehicle accident near Gentry, according to Arkansas State Police.
The dead were identified as James K. Luttrell, 66, of Kansas, Okla., and Donnie Kirby, 51, of Siloam Springs.
Luttrell was driving a 2008 Mack west on Arkansas 12 and Kirby was southbound in a 2006 Ford F150 on Arkansas 43. Police said Kirby failed to stop at the intersection and was struck by Luttrell’s vehicle.
Both men died at the scene.
