"Sondance The Clown" bond set at $100,000

A Sebastian County Circuit Judge ordered a Fort Smith man who works as a clown held on $100,000 bond Wednesday in connection with child pornography charges. Thomas Harold Morgan, 47, of Fort Smith, who performs as “Sondance the Clown,” is charged with four counts of possession of material depicting sexually explicit conduct with a child.
