• Stephen Michael Elam, 49, of 402 1/2 Dyer St. in Springdale was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in course/furtherance of a felony drug violation. No bond was set.

• Timothy Ryan McCauley, 35, of 311 S.W. F St. in Bentonville was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with possession of a controlled substance and terroristic threatening in the first degree, both felonies, and with carrying a weapon and public intoxication, both misdemeanors. He was being held on $15,000 surety bond.

• Levi Seth McCuiston, 26, of 2883 A. Adrian Drive in Springdale was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with failure to register as a sex offender, a felony, and with violation of the Arkansas hot check law. He was being held on no bond.

• Kendall Wayne Oaks, 33, of 15130 E. Tucks Chapel Road in Rogers was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with parole violation, a felony, and public intoxication-drinking in public, a misdemeanor. No bond was set.

• Franklin Lee Palone, 40, of 500 S.W. Diamond St. Apt. 8 in Bentonville was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with domestic battering in the third degree, a felony, and with second-degree assault on a family or household member, a misdemeanor. He was being held on $7,500 surety bond.

• Kimberly Marie Womack, 34, of 3905 S.W. Ridgepoint Ave., in Bentonville was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with obtaining a controlled substance by false pretenses or theft. No bond was set.

• Monica Raylynn Dover, 40, of 919 N. Main St. in Bentonville was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with failure to appear (for felony offense), a felony, and obstructing governmental operations, a misdemeanor. No bond was set.

• Ralph Edward Elvins, 50, of 1320 Roberts Road in Fayetteville was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with fraudulent use of a credit/debit card (more than $100 in six month period), a felony. No bond was set.

• Johney Mack Lawhorn, 48, of 2352 Henri De Tonti in Springdale was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with breaking or entering, criminal mischief in the first degree and theft of property, all felonies, and with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. • Quincey Lamont Dotson, 32, of 918 S. 24th St. was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with domestic battering in the third degree (prior conviction), a felony, and with refusal to submit to arrest, a misdemeanor. He was being held on $2,500 surety bond.

• Josue Hernandez, 35, of 1107 N. 12th St. was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail in connection with aggravated assault and parole violation, He was being held on $30,000 surety bond.

Sheriff’s Office

• Mark Ryan, 41, of 1809 Beth Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with felony false evidence of title. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Saturday.

• A burglary at 6206 S.W. Rutland Road was reported to Bentonville police Friday by Ashley Sullivan.

• A storage unit at 804 SE. J St. was broken into, according to a report made to Bentonville police Friday by Paula Wagner.

• The theft of about $120 in cash from 56 Holly Drive was reported to Bentonville police Saturday by Shelly Abbott.

• A burglary and the theft of two guitars from 3301 S.W. Victoria Place No. 1 was reported to Bentonville police Saturday by Rolando Pena.
