Benton County Sheriff’s Office

• Ronnie Glen Bowen, 56, of 9487 E. Brown Road in Lowell was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail in connection with two counts of felony failure to appear. No bond was set.

• Pamela Suzanne Fuchs, 37, of 2712 N. Graham in Lowell was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail in connection with felony theft by receiving. No bond was set.

Department of Community Correction

• Brittany Nicole Roach, 21, of 15314 Arkansas 12 in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with parole violation. Roach was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Farmington

• Rick Whittington, 32, of 14305 Rheas Mill Road in Farmington was arrested Thursday in connection with felony aggravated assault, second-degree battery and misdemeanor public intoxication. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

Fayetteville

• Terrance Jackson, 28, of 1320 Oakland Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony forgery. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,105 bond Thursday.

• Qaunita Webb, 21, and Amber Price, 23, both of 2146 N. Chestnut Ave. in Fayetteville were arrested Wednesday in connection with felony forgery. They were released from the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday on her own recognizance.

Fire

Bentonville

• Firefighters were called to a house fire Wednesday at 3905 N.E. Nightingale at 7:45 p.m. According to officials, the homeowner called 911 to report a fire in the bedroom. Officials said Thursday damage was light and the structural portion of the house was untouched. The cause of the fire was under investigation and no one was injured.

• Joey Spivey reported Wednesday the theft of a 16-foot trailer and $8,000 worth of tools from a construction site at Bright Road and Regional Airport Boulevard.
