BENTONVILLE — The portion of East Central Avenue that runs beside the Benton County Courthouse was closed Thursday and will remain closed for about three weeks, according to a news release from the city.
The street will be closed from Northeast A Street to Southeast B Street so APAC Construction can do asphalt work. A segment of the street will open early Monday to allow access to parking lots on Southeast B Street adjacent to the courthouse.
The city recommends drivers use the Northeast Second Street detour and access parking lots from side streets.
