DWI arrest made in fatal wreck

Police say the driver of a truck involved in a fatal motorcycle wreck was arrested in connection with driving while intoxicated from drugs and driving on a suspended driver's license. The truck was driven by Paul Mosley, 22, of Fayetteville, according to a news release from the Fayetteville Police Department. Police have not determined who was at fault in the accident, the news release stated.

I see a helmet in the picture but he wasn't wearing it? Damage looks pretty extensive so it may not have helped but we'll never know. I haven't see one motorcycle wreck in the paper that the person wasn't wearing a helmet and survived, except maybe Petrino but he didn't survive on all levels... Wear helmets people. The life you save may be your own.
