Police say the driver of a truck involved in a fatal motorcycle wreck was arrested in connection with driving while intoxicated from drugs and driving on a suspended driver's license.

The truck was driven by Paul Mosley, 22, of Fayetteville, according to a news release from the Fayetteville Police Department. Police have not determined who was at fault in the accident, the news release stated.

Police said Ricky Lee Langham was killed when his motorcycle collided with a truck Tuesday afternoon near 3615 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fayetteville.

Sgt. Craig Stout said the motorcycle was under the truck when officers arrived. Langham was behind the pickup when the pickup slowed down to make a right turn, according to a crash report from the Arkansas State Police.

The Fayetteville news release stated that Mosley made a quick lane change from the inside lane to outside lane just before the crash.

Langham tried to slow down and lost control of his motorcycle, according to the report.

Langham, 60, was not wearing a helmet, according to a crash report from the Arkansas State Police.

Paul Mosley and Jeri Jan Mosley were in the pickup truck and were not injured.

One westbound lane and both eastbound lanes were blocked.
