Hispanics in education draws audience at UA
100 gather to listen to Texas A&M professor

Luis Ponjuan, a professor at Texas A&M University, speaks about motivating students during “The Latino Question,” a one-day program for educators held Monday at Willard J. Walker Hall on the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville campus.
Arkansas is one of 20 states to see a long-term decrease in the rate for Hispanic males headed to college, an education researcher said Monday at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
