Excluding gluten
It’s tough to avoid the glue that binds wheat products and their kin, but it’s getting easier

A conveyor belt moves the loaves at a commercial bread bakery in California, but not fast enough to leave the gluten behind.
“Gluten-free,” or “GF,” is the new label on everything from cookies to beer. The same acronym, GF, is short for girlfriend, and might as well stand for gluten-free grocery free-for-all, go for it, girlfriend.
