Group Cleans Up Historic Cave

Ron Redman, center left, talks to a group of more than 50 volunteers Saturday about the layout of the dance floor area inside the Wonderland Cave during a cleanup day at the historic cave in Bella Vista. The volunteers, which included 26 students from Rogers High School’s outdoor education program, spent a couple of hours cleaning up trash and debris that has built up inside the cave over the past two decades from vandal break-ins. BELLA VISTA — The word went out via email, text messages and Twitter, and some 50 current, former and future students responded.
