Smith Makes Bid For City Council

Bentonville City Council candidate James Smith said he will use his experience as a financial planner to help keep the city on firm financial footing if he is elected to the Ward 3, Position 2 seat. He will face incumbent Bill Burckart in the Nov. 6 general election.
