Jury hears accusation police official urged dispatchers to lie in probe

An internal affairs investigator for the West Memphis Police Department is accused in a federal jury trial that began Monday in Little Rock of persuading two dispatchers to lie about seeing an officer choke a belligerent man whose hands were cuffed behind his back.
