FAYETTEVILLE — The main tent surrounding the Arkansas Music Pavilion is unsalvageable after last weekend’s storm, and AMP officials are unsure if a new tent will be set up for the rest of this season’s concerts.

The Walton Arts Center purchased the tent, seats and fencing last February for $300,000, said Beth Goodwin, public relations manager for the center.

Although insurance adjusters were on site assessing the damage earlier this week, it’s still unclear how much of the damage insurance will cover. About 50 chairs and part of the stage were also damaged by the storm.
