State files lawsuit against travel agent

Promised trips never materialized

The Arkansas attorney general’s office filed a lawsuit Monday against a Utah travel agent it contends took nearly $400,000 from Arkansas marching bands in Fort Smith and Marion for promised trips to Hawaii that never materialized.
