BELLA VISTA — The Benton County Circuit Clerk plans to offer 24 properties at a judicial sale at 10 a.m. July 27 on the steps of the Benton County Courthouse in Bentonville.
The owner of a lot receives membership privileges and access to all of the amenities the Property Owners Association offers, including 126 holes of golf among eight golf courses, a golf range and practice center, seven private lakes, swimming pools, tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, according to a news release.
A preliminary list of the properties is on the association’s website, bellavistapoa.com/auctions. The starting bid for each lot is $500. Of the available properties, 22 are unimproved and two are membership lots, according to the release.
Starting bids may be adjusted and the number of properties offered may be reduced prior to the sale. The final list will be presented to bidders the morning of the sale.
Buyers may pay with cash, check or money order. The circuit clerk’s office does not take credit, debit or check cards. Buyers also may pay in full the day of the sale or pay 10 percent down with the balance due within 90 days.
