Official in Tennessee plans appeal of ruling that allows sale of art

The Tennessee attorney general’s office plans to appeal a decision made late last year by that state’s appeals court that upholds a Bentonville museum’s bid to buy a half-share of a prized art collection from a Nashville university but overturns a directive that some of the money must be used to maintain the collection.
