Preschool Praised

OFFICIALS: PRE-K STUDENTS BETTER PREPARED

Prekindergarten teachers are only allowed to teach in English and students usually show significant improvement within a few months of interacting with other children, said Smith.

Better scores show Springdale preschool prepares English language learners for kindergarten, administrators said.
