State jobs uptick forecast for ’12

Concern remains but panic time is past, economist says

Northwest Arkansas and the rest of the state are likely to see only modest business and job growth in the near term, according to economists and business experts who gathered at the John Q. Hammons Convention Center on Wednesday.
