Bruce Allen Holthoff Jr. died Jan. 20, 2012, in Springdale, Ark. He was 56 years old. Bruce was born on Aug. 25, 1955, in Pine Bluff, Ark. to the late Bruce Allen “Preacher” Holthoff Sr. and Jean Shurden Holthoff.
