Johansen Trial Moved To October
MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER

A Garfield man accused of killing his mother and grandmother had his trial moved to later in the year Tuesday.

Possible Sentence
Nicholas Johansen could be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole or a death sentence for each of the murder charges if convicted. He faces a prison sentence ranging from 10 to 40 years or life imprisonment for each of the aggravated robbery charges. Johansen is being held without bond in the Benton County Jail.
