Man Accused Of Extortion Attempt

Betty Davis was forced to try to cash a check while what she was told was a bomb was attached to her leg Monday. The conference announced the arrest of Paul Bradley in connection with the case.
Casual conversations at a diner were the connection that led an Elkins man to pick an elderly Washington County couple as a target for an extortion attempt, investigators said Thursday.
