Fire Damages Two Apartments

No One Hurt In Blaze

Springdale firefighters work an apartment complex fire Thursday on Kay Sue Drive in Springdale. Police officers who first arrived on the scene tried to access to the top level to evacuate residents, but heavy smoke forced them back. As of press time, no injuries had been reported.

A fire Thursday emptied several apartment residents out into the cold and left two families without a home.
