Norma Jean Phillips of West Fork, Ark., passed this life on Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at her home in West Fork at the age of 63. She was born in Tulsa, Okla., on April 15, 1948, to Dillard and Jessie Lewelling. Norma went to school in Sand Springs, Okla.
