JASPER — U.S. Sen. John Boozman is to visit six western Arkansas counties during the next two days to discuss the economic climate of the nation with community and business leaders.
Boozman will start Monday at the Newton County Sheriff's Office in Jasper at 9 a.m. followed by a trip to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office in Berryville at noon. The senator then goes Madison County where he'll be at the Carroll Electric Building in Huntsville starting at 2:30 p.m.
On Tuesday Boozman will meet with officials at Paris City Council Chambers in Logan County at 9:30. He'll then travel to the Johnson County Courthouse in Clarksville for a noon meeting and will be in Franklin County at the ATU Conference Center in Ozark starting at 2 p.m.
