Judge recalls bonds, orders mental tests
Fraud suspects fail to cooperate at hearing

A federal judge ordered a couple charged with 15 counts of mail fraud be jailed Friday after they failed to cooperate during a hearing over the withdrawal of their court-appointed attorneys.
