Respected Teacher, Coach, Volunteer Dead At 74

Bill Conrow, right, a longtime Woodland Junior High School educator, coach and volunteer, speaks Oct. 13 at Harmon Field in Fayetteville while being honored for his years of service to the school. Conrow died Wednesday at 74.
A loyal volunteer and supporter of Woodland Junior High School athletics were the words used to describe Bill Conrow, who taught math at the school for 32 years.

Mr. Conrow was a great teacher and a nice man. He touched a lot of lives.
