Rogers developer files his own suit after ’07 Hunt rift

Rogers developer Bill Schwyhart has filed a lawsuit in Pulaski County Circuit Court alleging a Little Rock law firm breached its fiduciary duty after it handled his split with former business partner Johnelle Hunt, widow of trucking magnate J.B. Hunt.
