REDISTRIBUTING INADEQUATE HIGHWAY MONEY WE HAVE WON’T FIX MANY OF OUR PROBLEMS

The state Highway Commission stopped pretending to reform its district lines as soon as the heat of a proposed constitutional amendment cooled off . Members dropped their reform plans in a unanimous vote earlier this month.
