Judge set to rule soon on dispute at Little Rock restaurant

A judge on Wednesday said he’ll decide within a week whether misdemeanor criminal charges resulting from a Little Rock restaurant patron’s Halloween-weekend altercation with an off-duty police officer should go to trial or be dismissed because prosecutors took too long to turn over evidence to the defense.
