Group Looks At City’s Future

COMMISSION WILL REVISE SPRINGDALE’S LAND-USE PLAN

Steve Wilson with American Air Conditioning and Mechanical checks Tuesday for clearance as he moves a small back hoe out of the basement of 129 Spring St. in Springdale. Wilson will install the water and sewer lines for restrooms for Shiloh Square activities and the Razorback Greenway.

The Springdale Planning Commission pulled out its crystal ball Tuesday, trying to see development for the city and how to prepare for it.

Who would have ever thought that Springdale actually has a Planning Commission.

The town that has never met a huge sign or tin building that wasn't welcomed with open arms. What a wreck of a place!
