This is bad law making. The sponsor and others are talking about INTENT. But, it falls into the catagory of PRECIDENCE which usually trumps INTENT.
American laws are mostly TORT laws. They are not written as laws but as PRECIDENCE in earlier court dicisions.
This is the camels nose under the intent. I'm sorry, Rhonda. I still disagree with you on this one. This shouldn't even be built next to a NORMAL use neighborhood. It's like putting a trailor park next to million dollar homes.
Bad idea.

Mr Ferrell. states:,
Bobby Ferrell, Ward 3 alderman, emphasized any development in a planned zoning district would be thoroughly reviewed before being approved.
“This has to come through the bells, whistles and hoops and then come to this august body,” Ferrell said. “I don’t think you’re going to see us let anything that’s going to be out of place occur.”
He must have forgotten about the Weir/Hughmont disaster they approved,
Citizens hope you all speak up, this is a disaster waiting to ruin family neighborhoods,. Apartment living is great, but not in the middle of single family homes.
Too bad your actions do not support your comment.
