Defamation Suit Filed Over Website

James L. Steward Jr. of Knoxville, Tenn., is being sued by Adam Kuettel of Benton County over the website “Justice4Sarah.” Steward’s website links Kuettel to the Feb. 13, 2009, death of Sarah Fennel who died in a Fort Smith hospital, according to the suit.

A Benton County man is suing for defamation, saying he was accused on an Internet site of murdering a woman.
