Sgt. 1st Class Billy A. Sutton, 42, of Tupelo, Miss., died Feb. 7 in Uruzgan province, Afghanistan.
He was assigned to the 223rdEngineer Battalion, 168th Engineer Brigade, Mississippi National Guard, West Point, Miss.
