James Norvell

James “Jim” Norvell, 82, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, in Jamestown Nursing & Rehab facility in Rogers, Ark. He was born in Terry County, Texas, on Sept. 23, 1929, to Ruben and Lillian (Moore) Norvell.
