VIDEO: Man dies after shooting in Little Rock

Police investigate the scene of a Little Rock shooting Wednesday at West 19th and South Brown Streets.

— A Little Rock man has died shortly after being shot around 4 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of West 19th and South Brown Streets.

According to Lt. Terry Hastings of the Little Rock Police Department, a black male was seen chasing another black male east on 19th Street. Police said the suspect, who was wearing a red shirt and red jacket, shot the victim multiple times then ran west on 19th Street. Hastings said the motive for the shooting is currently not known, and the suspect is still at large.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died about an hour later.

A man is dead after being shot near the intersection of Brown and West 19th streets in southeast Little Rock. The suspect is still at large.
